A repair starts at the garage counter and lands in your fleet the moment it is written down. You decide how much of it needs your word first.
The card in the glovebox
Every vehicle carries a plastic card with its own code and a QR. The garage reaches that one vehicle with it, and nothing else.
- The garage types or scans the car code and gets exactly one vehicle.
- Card left at home? The plate plus the last six of the VIN opens the same vehicle.
- Only an exact match counts: there is no list to browse and no vehicle to stumble into.
Approval, where you want it
Approval is off unless you ask for it. Switch it on for your organisation and no work starts before you have seen the quote.

Labour and parts as lines
A work order is not one number at the bottom of a page. Every hour and every part is its own line, so the bill can be read instead of believed.

About repairs and approval
Can we turn approval on later?
Yes. Approval is a setting per organisation and it starts off. Turn it on when you want quotes first, turn it off again when a garage has earned the room. Jobs already running keep the rule they started under.
What if a driver loses the card?
The vehicle can still be found with its plate plus the last six characters of the VIN. That opens exactly the same single vehicle as the card does, and a new card can be printed from the fleet side.
Who sees what?
The garage sees the one vehicle it is working on and the work order it is writing. You see every repair on every vehicle, with the cost, the status and the history behind it. The dossier is never part of the garage view.
Does this work on a phone?
Yes. The intake screen is built for the counter, where the phone is usually the only screen at hand, and it works in Kurdish, Arabic and English with the layout mirrored where the language runs right to left.
