How it works
Three parties. One record.
A fleet owns the vehicle. A garage does the work. Auto Plus+ keeps the record both of them read. Nothing is written twice, and nobody has to phone the other to find out what happened.

The record is the meeting point. The garage writes into it while the car is on the floor, the organisation reads it the same minute, and Auto Plus+ books what that repair costs in commission.

The garage
Does the work. It opens exactly the one car whose code it was given, writes labour and parts as separate lines, and sees its own ledger. It never sees the dossier or another fleet.
Auto Plus+
Keeps the record and the books. It does not touch the vehicle and it does not touch the money: it registers what was agreed, what was done and what was paid.
The card
A plastic card in the glovebox, and nothing on the vehicle
Every vehicle in an Auto Plus+ fleet carries its own card. It is what turns a car that arrives at a workshop into the right record, without a phone call and without a list of other people's vehicles to browse through.
The size of a bank card
CR80 format, printed from the dashboard as a print-ready PDF for the whole fleet at once. It lives in the glovebox, not in someone's pocket.
A code and a QR
The garage types or scans the code and gets exactly that one vehicle. If the card is missing, the number plate together with the last six characters of the VIN does the same.
Nothing visible on the outside
No sticker, no logo, no marking on the bodywork. Nobody on the street can tell which fleet a vehicle belongs to, or that it is followed at all.

The same repair, seen end to end. Every step is a line in the record with a time on it, so afterwards there is nothing left to reconstruct from memory.

Roles
Who sees what
Every account is bound to a role on the server, not just in the screen. What a role is not allowed to see does not come back from the system at all.

The edges
What Auto Plus+ does not do
The honest half of a product description. These are not features that are coming: they are things we deliberately stay out of.
We do not move money
Cash goes from your hand to the collector's, and a bank transfer goes to your own bank. Auto Plus+ registers what was paid, against which balance, with a numbered receipt as the proof. No payment runs through us.
We do not sell hardware
There is no box to buy from us and nothing to fit to a vehicle. What you need is the card in the glovebox and a browser on a phone or a computer.
We do not track a vehicle without a device
A position on the map comes from a tracker that is already in the vehicle. No tracker, no position, and a vehicle can be left off the map on purpose.
