Your data is exportable at any time.
Reports come out as data rows and export to CSV, and the dossiers, repairs and costs of your fleet are yours to take with you. The record can leave the system the same way it came in.
About
Fleets here run on paper work orders and on cash. We built one record that the fleet and the garage both write into, so what a vehicle costs is not something you have to reconstruct afterwards.
The problem
These three run together: each one hides the next. A fleet that cannot read its own history cannot argue with an invoice, and a garage that keeps its books on paper cannot prove it was right.
A repair is written on a work order, the work order goes into a folder, and the folder sits in a different building from the person who pays for it. Six months later nobody can say what was replaced, or when.
Garages are paid in cash, commission is settled in cash, and the proof is a page torn from a receipt book. At the end of the month there is nothing to reconcile against.
Every vehicle is known by the person who drives it. What the fleet costs per vehicle, per month, is a number somebody has to assemble by hand — so it is rarely assembled at all.
What we believe
Two rules run through the whole product. Both of them cost us features, and we kept them anyway.
A maintenance interval taken from the manufacturer is marked as such; one we derived is marked estimated. You always see which of the two you are reading, because what you should do about it is different.
Every change to money or to rights writes a sealed, chained event before the change itself. If that log fails, the change is refused. We would rather hand you an error than a number you cannot trace.
We do not move money, we do not sell hardware, and we do not put a vehicle on the map without a tracker that is already in it. The list of what we stay out of is part of the product.

What you can hold us to
Two promises that do not depend on which plan you are on.
Reports come out as data rows and export to CSV, and the dossiers, repairs and costs of your fleet are yours to take with you. The record can leave the system the same way it came in.
We answer on WhatsApp, by phone and by email, in Kurdish, Arabic and English. WhatsApp is the fastest of the three, and the one we answer first.
Support: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 to 17:00 (Baghdad time), in Kurdish, Arabic and English
A note from us
We started Auto Plus+ because we kept having the same argument twice: once about what a repair had cost, and once about who had agreed to it.
So we built the boring half first — the record, the ledger, the audit trail — and only then the screens that make them readable.
We work from Erbil, in Kurdish, Arabic and English, and the fastest way to reach us is still WhatsApp.
We walk you through the record with your own vehicles in it, in Kurdish, Arabic or English.
