Costs and reports
What does this car really cost?
Fuel, repairs, parts, fines and damage all land on the same vehicle. Auto Plus+ adds them up and then lets you open the total until you reach the single event behind it.
One dossier per vehicle, in eight tabs
Everything that happens to a vehicle lands on its own page, so nobody has to remember where the last invoice went.
- Timeline, specifications, maintenance schedule, costs, documents, drivers, trackers and incidents.
- The maintenance schedule is inherited from the model catalogue, so a new vehicle starts with one.
- A whole fleet can be imported from a spreadsheet instead of typed in.

Cost per vehicle per month, opened out
The total is the beginning of the answer, not the end of it. Open a month into its days, and a day into the events that made it.
- Cost per vehicle per month, side by side across the fleet.
- Expand a month to see the days, and a day to see the single repair or fuel entry.
- Fuel logs give consumption and cost per kilometre from the odometer readings.

Ready reports, run from the screen
Report definitions are rows in the database, so a new filter or column does not wait for a release.
- Costs and the year overview; maintenance and garage turnaround time.
- Utilisation (estimated from odometer), downtime and the replacement score per vehicle.
- Fuel deviations, and fines per driver or per vehicle.

Documents that warn before they expire
Registration, insurance and inspection carry their expiry date, and the list changes colour on its own as that date comes closer.
- Expiry colours move from fine to due to overdue without anyone updating them.
- Reminders run on a date, on a kilometre reading, or on both.
- A daily sweep moves the urgency along, so the list is right when you open it.

Fines and damage, with a name on them
An incident belongs to someone. Auto Plus+ records who carried the cost as well as what it was.
- Fines and damage are recorded on the vehicle they happened to.
- Liability is assigned to the driver, the organisation or a third party.
- The same incident shows up in the vehicle dossier and in the cost per month.

Take it with you
Everything leaves as CSV
Your numbers stay yours. Every report and the main lists export to CSV, so the accountant, the owner and the spreadsheet you already trust can all be served from the same record.
- Every report and the main lists — vehicles, repairs, reminders, fuel, bills and payments — export to CSV.
- Fuel entries import from CSV as well, so a card statement does not have to be typed in.
- Amounts stay in western digits in all three languages, so an export opens the same everywhere.
