How it works
From the card to your dashboard, in three steps
- 1
A card in every glovebox
Each vehicle carries a plastic card with its own code and QR. No stickers on the car.
- 2
The garage enters the code
It finds exactly that one vehicle, registers the job, and the cost is recorded once.
- 3
You see it the same minute
Repair, cost and status appear in your dashboard. The ledger keeps the money straight.
Approve the repair before it starts
Turn approval on per organisation. The garage submits a quote, you approve, and any cost above the approved amount goes back to the queue.

What does this car really cost?
Costs per vehicle per month, and one click opens the month into days and single events, each linked to its record.

- In review · Oil change
Sealed before it happens
Every change to money or rights is written to a chained, tamper-evident log before the change is made. If the log fails, the change is refused.

Who is in the record
Everyone on one record
Three parties keep it: the fleet, the garage and Auto Plus+. The vehicle carries the card that opens it, and nobody retypes anything.

Questions
Questions we hear first
Does it work with cash?
Yes. Auto Plus+ records amounts and payment status; money moves directly between you and the garage, in cash or by transfer. A collector records cash payments and prints a numbered receipt.
What if the connection is poor?
The dashboard is a web app; nothing to install. Every action is confirmed by the server before the screen shows it as done, and if the connection drops halfway you see an error and try again.
Who owns the data?
You do. Every report and the main lists — vehicles, repairs, reminders, fuel, bills and payments — export to CSV at any time, and your purchase prices and insurance details are never visible to garages.
Is there support in Kurdish?
Yes. Support is available in Kurdish, Arabic and English, and the product itself defaults to Kurdish.
How long is the contract?
Monthly, billed as a base fee plus an amount per vehicle. Ask us for the current figures.
Can a garage join without a computer?
Yes. A phone browser is enough to enter a car code and register a repair.
