Cash ledger
Built for a cash economy.
Most of what happens here is settled in cash, by hand, at a counter. Auto Plus+ does not pretend otherwise. It writes down what was agreed and what was paid, so the paper and the record say the same thing.
The rule underneath
Auto Plus+ records the money. It never holds it.
There is no wallet, no payment button and no account to top up. Money moves between you, the garage and the collector the way it already does; the ledger only has to be honest about it.
- No card payments, no balances held, no money in transit.
- Every amount in the system points at something that happened outside it.
- What was collected, by whom and on which day is written down once.
A commission ledger that cannot be rewritten
Bookings are added, never edited away. A mistake is corrected in the open, with the correction visible next to what it corrects.
- The ledger only grows: an existing booking is never changed in place.
- A wrong booking is reversed with a counter-entry that stays in the record.
- After the reversal, one corrected booking may replace it, and that is the end of the story.
One invoice a month, built from two parts
The subscription is a base amount plus an amount per vehicle, so the invoice follows the size of your fleet.
- A base fee per organisation, plus a fee per vehicle.
- The invoice for a month is generated from the record, not typed by hand.
- Invoices sit in the same place as the ledger they came from.

A numbered receipt, in the language of the person paying
A collector takes the cash and hands over a receipt with its own number and the amount written out in words, in Kurdish, Arabic or English. The same receipt is in the record before the collector leaves.
Never a silent zero
If the number cannot be trusted, you do not get a number
A money screen that fails quietly is worse than one that fails loudly: a zero looks like an answer. Auto Plus+ would rather admit that it cannot answer right now.
- Where a balance cannot be read, the screen says so instead of showing a zero.
- Changes to money or rights are sealed in the audit trail before they are made.
- If that seal cannot be written, the change is refused as well.
